Thaïs came home from school today with a friendship bracelet around her wrist. I thought it was one of their craft projects, so I didn’t question her about it. It was only later that she started telling me about a new boy in class and how he wanted to be friends with her. By then, of course, I was all ears.
Long story short, there is this new boy in class who took the trouble to make a friendship bracelet for one classmate, and of all the kids in class he picked Thaïs. Hmm.. Time to start worrying??
Husband’s reply was instant. “I’ll break his face..”
